Dimple Surana is a dedicated counselling psychologist, committed to supporting individuals in their mental and emotional well-being journey. With around 5+ years of experience in mental health care, she has worked in clinical settings, helping individuals navigate a wide range of psychological and emotional concerns.

Her approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental therapeutic space, where clients feel safe to express themselves openly. Dimple believes that every individual has the capacity to grow, heal, and build resilience when given the right guidance and support.

Absolutely. All sessions are completely confidential and governed by professional ethical guidelines. Information is only shared in rare circumstances where there is risk to your safety or others — which we discuss transparently in our first session.
Yes! I offer both in-person sessions at my Vidisha practice and secure online video sessions via Google Meet or Zoom. Online therapy is equally effective and allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Duration varies depending on your goals and concerns. Some clients find relief in 6–8 sessions for specific issues, while others benefit from longer-term work. We'll regularly review progress together and adjust the plan as needed.
The first session is an intake/assessment session where we get to know each other. I'll ask about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. There's no pressure — you share only what you're comfortable with.
I primarily work with adults (18+) and young adults. For adolescent therapy (14–17), I do offer sessions with parental consent and involvement where appropriate. Please get in touch to discuss specific needs.
I request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a nominal fee. I understand emergencies happen and always try to be flexible and understanding.
